all this turns up is a search engine (looks to be one of those annoying sites that replace an older site that is no longer up)

SimCities hasn't existed for well over a year.  The BAT gamepack for Gmax is, however, available here at SC4D.  Just click on the "Support" button with the EA logo on the top menus of the forums, and provided you agree to the EA terms and conditions, you can pick up the BAT there.

Yeah... It's quite a shame, since the OnlyPlace4, aka OP4, webmaster of SimCities.com, passed away a while back, and with him gone, SimCities soon disappeared as well. :(
