has anyone else tinkered with this yet?

I know how to do it:

- Open the Reader.
- Search for Intro.dat in the folder where you installed SimCity 4.
- Right-Click on the PNG and select "Save decoded file". There should be a file called file_dec00000000.png in your SimCity folder.
- Edit the file and save it.
- Open the Reader again.
- Click on Import.
- Select the PNG-file you just edited.
- Save the Dat-file in your Plugins folder.
- You're done!

It worked for me. Anyway, here's mine:

mrtnrln, great load screen. i love the Simcity 4 title in yours. very nice, and may have to borrow if for next time ;D
