Title: no nightlighting in BAT building

please help me, i have at trouble with that. i've installed my simcity4 rush hour with EP1 and gmax, BAT too.
but the building still not showing the nightlighting. anybody knows how to solve it ?

After you installed BAT, you need to install the update, which is available on the same official page (http://simcity.ea.com/coolstuff/bat/index.php) (above Lot Editor on the left).

It is also available under EA Support (http://www.sc4devotion.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=41&Itemid=) here on SC4Devotion (update to version 1.1.640.0 under BAT).
