This is the new Building in shinjuku, it was completed October 2008;
I don't know how to use the B.A.T so I was wondering if anyone can build this?
It is very complex but very pretty =)
the lighting at night is cyan blue. It is the Tallest education facility to be built so far. It serves as a Landmark and as an education booster
too! I think the building looks pretty cool.
Any brave soul wish to create a B.A.T for this? :)
