I downloaded Diggis Streams Peg Replacement Mod with Diggis' other excellent pond and stream files. It doesn't seem to work with all of PEGs stream and pond lots however. For instance it works with PEG Pond Water LBridge but not PEG Pond Water RBridge or PEG Pond Water Bridge. Screenshot: http://www.davemckay.ca/_Temp/Pond.png. Does anyone know why this might be?

Hmmm, I thought that had been fixed... I'll look into it.
Hey, Sorry I've let this slip, have had a RL dose recently. Will try look this week.
No fix yet?
My apologies. I have fixed this and uploaded the update. Sorry about the delay.
First off, I am sorry for bumping an old thread. I decided to just necro post on this particular thread seeing my question does have something to do with this particular mod.
I'm new to SIMCity 4 custom content downloading & using, having started just a few months ago. So please bear with me :)
Of the two "puzzle piece" style Stream & pond systems I've downloaded, your Diggis Ponds & streams set & PEG's Ponds & stream sets, I feel that your set has better flexibility seeing yours has a lot more pieces that PEG's does not. Just take for example your "mouth transition" pieces, you have a pond to stream left, middle & right transition pieces where as PEG's just has one. And your Diagonal stream pieces are a whopper!
Sadly, in terms of looks, my vote goes for PEG's set against your shingle base set. PEG's set just looks so serene & calming compared to your shingle base set. But that's only for your shingle base set, your grass set is another story altogether :) That particular set is indeed beautiful, it's a just a shame you didn't do an entirely dedicated series of streams based on it though.
As for this ponds & streams unification mod of yours, I think it's a fantastic idea seeing PEG's set has some bits your set doesn't have like the waterfall pieces & this let's me use both sets removing that awkward feeling of pieces not having the same look. However, as I said earlier I kinda prefer PEG's set's look compared to your shingle set's look. I hope I did not offend with this remark, if so please forgive me as I was kinda hoping for a small request. I was hoping if it were possible for you to make another unification mod but this time around one that does the opposite, changing the look on your shingle pieces to match PEG's set pieces, if that's alright with you.

I don't wish to speak for Diggis but I think he probably made the creeks and ponds to be an alternative substitute and different from Pegs ...
Good Luck

You didn't offend me at all (it's hard to do that really ;D ) but Jim has it pretty much spot on. Peg's streams to me didn't have very realistic banks, they looked a bit too formed and steep for my liking. Hence the sloped banks I have used.
I had started on a grass bank set for the streams before I burnt out a little. I'm glad you like them, and to be honest I much prefer them myself too. ;D Since I upgraded my computer I lost access to Max so haven't been able to complete them, although I may look at reinstalling it.
As for changing them to look like Pegs, that isn't going to happen. It would be very difficult to get them to match well, in addition to having to remodel and rerender every single piece (there are 23 models in the original stream set alone, not including diagonals :o ) not to mention I modeled them the way I though looked best.
As I said above, I am looking to reinstall Max, and if it works (not sure it will, upgraded to Win 7 x64, which may cause issues) I may get back into modelling again, and the grass streams will be first on my list to finish.
That's awesome news! :)
I'll be definitely waiting for the upgrades to the grass sets then :)
Also, thanks for not putting a bullet through my head :)
Bullets are a sorely ineffective way of teaching.
