Hi,
I am in the process of mapping out a city street by street, with identical zoning, civics and facilities. One city tile is done and is currently running independently. Straight away I know my style has changed forever; this city is by far the most realistic city I've ever built. However the downside is that it's too easy so I've been thinking about ways to make things more difficult. I've noticed that the high capacity hospital that I'm using, Bywater Springs, is extremely cheap per patient and I want to seriously hike the price up. Likewise I'm thinking schools could be more expensive realistically... what else?
Specifically with Bywater Springs, in reader which is the property that I need to adjust in order to achieve what I'm after... thanks
I could be wrong but I think it's monthly cost...
Be very very careful here... Make sure no lot that you are about to edit exists in your city before modifying them, otherwise you'll get the phantom slider bug.
thanks guys

there's no item called monthly cost ()what()
It's called Budget Item: Cost, and that's a property with two values (reps).
The first value is for the hospital itself, the second one for the ambulance coverage.
Or, as given in the property Budget Item: Department, "Health Staff" and "Health Coverage".
