Title: Terrain modifier

I'm looking for something which can help me in modifying the terrain of my city...I mean something I can use to for example elevate or decrease the height of just 1tile...Is there something similar on the LEX?

You may also want to take a look at the Terraforming Tutorials (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?board=56.0) section; especially check Ennedi's threads, about precise terraforming.
