I recently downloaded the No. 7a MeadowshireRiver Tree controller by C.P and it lists the above-mentioned prop pack as a dependency. The Readme of the Tree Controller links to Simtropolis, which is unavailable, and the LEX only has Vol 2 Trees.

My question is two-fold, actually.

Is there still a Vol 3 Trees, and if yes, will it be on the LEX soon (Sorry Barby... :'()

And, do I REALLY need that pack for the Tree Controller to work?
