I have a question about Sim Goober's Commercial Lots Malls pack (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1120).
I am unable to get the large mall to grow. I have all of the required dependencies (including the model file).
I zoned an 18x7 low density commercial zone (using the CTRL key) on a busy avenue (about 1000 cars traffic). The lot has water, power etc. Commercial services demand is high and there is lots of nearby residential.
Can anyone give me any tips?

I should also mention that I get some of the smaller mall in the pack to grow, so I'm certain everything is installed correctly.
Well 1 problem could be having the proper land value for the lot. Use the tool program to view the stats of the lot to see what land value is required for the lot. Might just require some extra parks in the area for it to grow. Aslo double check to make sure the lot is a growable lot, sometime a lot of the larger lots of this type are plopable and not growable.
Not familiar with this lot myself, don't ussually zone that large myself, other things could be you need more lower lvl stage buildings or a certain com population for a chance of it growing. Higher the stage the building is the more com population and or lower stage buildings you need grown before the % chance of this lot growing in your city.
Another trick is when playing and you have the what you think is the right conditioon for the lot to grow, is to use the BSC maxis blocking mod and maybe have some of the other custom lots removed from your plugins folder, this will give the game no chioce but to grow the lot. always found that the large specialty lots are harder to grow

Just one other question, you mention using a tool program to see the land value. Is this an external program I should download?
No external program needed. There is a data view mod, but I believe you would have to search the stex for it.
Looks like the mall is CS$$ stage 3. If you have CAM installed it must have water to grow (and it is growable). If not, then I wouldnt know exactly what is stopping it. Indisguise gives good advise to figure it out. Good luck.
