Is it possible for the NAM team to include to the new widened roads a BUS-only lane? In looks, it would have a lane that says BUS ONLY, and would basically operate by making buses faster on that network piece. What do you think?
There are a few traffic control lots around, here's one:

Combine these with ramps only available through these connections, and you have your HOV lane.
and to do this on the pedestrian paths?!
to do a pedestrian path in wich only pedestrians and buses can go?

No no, I mean an HOV lane within one of the new expanded road-networks in the new NAM, so I don't have to destroy a bunch of buildings to make a bus lane
At the transit pathing level, the game is not capable of making distinctions between cars and buses. To that effect, what your requesting is not feasible.

Correct if I'm wrong, but isn't it possible to have an expanded road look like it has a bus lane in it, but using the file for the data of the road tile have the speed of busses be faster than is on regular roads?
No, because they are based on the road network. All networks based from the road network (by using starter pieces) have the same capacity as the original road network.
