Title: Armada Hoffler Tower, Virginia Beach Towne Center

This has been a landmark for my whole life and I'd really like to see it recreated in SC4.  It is just the right size for a midrise urban area.

I think this was BATed quite a while back.  That or something very similar was.

SimGoober made something like this. Go to the LEX and look for the SG Office Buildings. It's in that download with many other office buildings he made.

That's who I thought would have made something like it, but I looked through his stuff and didn't see it.  I'll check again.

Oh, wow, there was one that looked similar.  I don't know how I didn't see it before.
