I want to have the 'posh side' only, facing the street. I could probably figure it out using my textures but I bet you guys in the know, know of an easier way of doing things ;D
Please go easy on my modelling skills or lack of, I only opened gmax 3 days ago .. LoL

Very nice first BAT, very nice indeed.
To apply a different texture to both sides of the wall, you could right-click and convert it to an editable polygon and then select each face and apply the texture accordingly(you will basically have a set of triangles as each face). Be warned - GMAX often corrupts models using this technique, so save first.
Otherwise, and most likely easier (and waht I would do) is to just make a thin (0.1m) wall as a duplicate and apply the texture that way - you'll end up with two different walls and you can chop and change textures as you see fit.
Thank you for your help. Creating a thin wall worked perfectly.
I have enough problems with trying to get my textures to glue to the model without fritzing it up completely :D

Thank you also for the comment, I'm having great fun with gmax. It's opened a whole new dimension (pardon the pun) to me after having worked with graphics in a 2d world for so long.
