HI there, I´m new to this game just bought sim city 4 and was wondering are one way roads only in the deluxe edition or in simcity 4 as well, and if so how can a create them i´m having a very hard time in creating one way roads :angrymore:, and something else aboud the mod NAM does it only work for the deluxe and rush hour edition?
You need to have Deluxe or the Rush Hour Expansion in order to have One-Way Roads. They're also required to use just about all addons for the game that are on the exchange.
