I installed SimGoober's Sardina Row Housing and Scuttle Butt Row Housing somehow. I think with a residential pack. I cannot find out what pack though and they are growing like crazy in my city. I want to just delete the plugin, but can't find it. I have downloaded both of the individual lots from STEX and installed them to folders on my desktop. Then I tried searching my plugins folder for the files and cannot find them. Does anyone know what pack they may come with or what file names they may be? Thanks.

You can not upack a dat, however you can still open them with PIMX or ILives Reader.

You may not want to delete them if they are already in your city though. The best bet there is to edit their properties so that they do not grow again. Changing their stage to 255 works.
Hmm, I may take a look at that. Fortunately my city is still under dev and small enough that I can go through and delete all the remaining textures. I ended up deleting that mega pack, I don't want town homes right now :P
