I can't make lot larger than 6x6, I didn't notice it before.

If I enter in lot size line number more than 6, then it return value to 6 back. :-[ I found that it only happens with growable lots

With plopable all ok...But growale

Maybe growable lots cannot make more than 6x6?

No, not directly with Maxis' LotEditor. ;)

I'd recommend that you use SC4 PIM (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2260) instead.
It contains built-in support for creating growable megalots.
