Title: Having Problem with Regional Tracking Mod and Data Viewer

Hello. I am new to this website :) . Thank you all people working hard to make amazing things for SC4 &apls. I have installed both Regional Tracking mod and data viewer. I do get pop up for tracking the city but only sometimes &mmm. This thing is not working for me ()sad().
Thank you for help in advance.
EDIT: Can anybody tell me how to put attachments? so I can attach the error screenshot?

You need to host your images off-site.
