Does anyone have any advice on this problem?
My CPT_No7a_Generic_TreeController_RequiresDependencies has stopped spraying any real variety in trees. It used to.
I recently installed the Meadowshire Terrain Mod and have also tried using CPT_No7a_MeadowshireCoast_TreeController_RequiresDependencie.dat and CPT_No7a_MeadowshireRiver_TreeController.dat. While they show some variation along sea-level water, otherwise they plant only generic deciduous and conifers.
Could this be a problem with loading order? I have the tree controller in the game plugins folder not the user plugins folder. Should the tree controller maybe load last?
The first image is what the god-mode tree tool was spraying in 2008. The second image is what I get if I bulldoze some of those trees and spray some more. What do you think? Any suggestions?

Ok, I think I figured it out.
The tree controller works if it loads last from .../Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/ZZZ_Tree_Controller/CPT_No7a_MeadowshireRiver_TreeController.dat.
I moved all the CPT trees and terrain mod files all into .../Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/Mods and Terrain Mods/Meadowshire Terrain Mod.
I also had ImportNoErosionStandardTextures.dat loading toward the end. This was not affecting the tree controller, however it was totally messing with the Meadowshire Terrain Mod.
Now if you will excuse me I have a lot of dull trees to bulldoze.
