I have been seeing a few mods that multiplies amounts of jobs of industry makes, delivers huge demand, decrease traffic, remove pollution, and whatnot.
I have been wondering if there could be some sort of mod that gives 1x1 buildings with really super effects.
1. Around 30 buildings that maxes out OR suppresses certain demands.
2. A buildings that maxes out growth. Like right after you place it, all lots become occupied by builders, and when it's done, it continues growing, and suddenly every building is maxed out occupancy and is at it's growth limit.
3. 3 buildings that provides either 1 million $, $$, or $$$ residents, another 3 with commercial jobs (same thing with $, $$, $$$), another 2 with office jobs (same thing with $$ , $$$), and same with industry and whatnot
4. A buildings that maxes out desirability over the entire map.
5. A buildings that half's or entirely remove pollution
6. A building that removes all traffic problems (like capacity per road)
7. A building that gives a million dollars a month
-Now these buildings is a exception to the 1x1 tile.-
An airport with a huge amount of efficiency, capacity, and whatnot.
A seaport with the (huge amount of efficiency, capacity, and whatnot.)
And a passenger and car ferry terminal that has the (huge amount of efficiency, capacity, and whatnot.)

And maybe make it CAM compatible? I would hate to remove it because it provides extra growth stages.
