They have already been created by peterycristi you can see them at is bat thread here at Sim City 4 Devotion.
He has never uploaded them though. He just started a cj at Simtropolis and in my reply to that post this is one I ask
him to upload to SimCity kurier or at Simtropolis and of course here.
