That is an outdated list. All of the links go to the STEX, and the files are all on the LEX (with different names).

Hope this helps. I don't think you need all of the BSC texture packs for this, but in general it is good to have them.

dimdubble, I've done a bit of a revamp on the parks (see Revisiting the BSC Parks (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=12279.0)) and it will include an updated readme for the basic lots, as well as some re-organising, adding some ped-enabled and NAM ped mall tile lots. Come to a LEX near you...
