Hey all,
Getting back into the SC4 scene and I've noticed a problem with the SC4 graphics that has not occurred on this machine before. Lots of larger BATs get crisscrossed with lines over the model that almost look like seams. Rendering the game in Software mode eliminates these lines, however that makes shadows look abysmal...leaving it in Hardware mode causes these obnoxious lines to frequently pop up and absolutely destroy the composition of an artistic image, while leaving everything else fine.
I was unable to find a solution to this problem on the Forums...like I said this same exact machine has run SC4, the only difference now is it is Windows 7 64-bit vs. Windows XP 32-bit.
Any help?
Could you post an image of it ?
IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) is a good program for screendumps from the game.
Sorry...already thought I had. :P
Hear ya go:

Interesting. I noticed the very same thing just recently on another Bat. Don't think I had it before. Unfortunately I did not have time yet to look into it.
Usually I only get graphic glitches in SC4 when I set the slider in the ATI driver to higher quality. It needs to be in the middle position between performance and quality.

That fixed it!
I just had to allow the application decide 3D settings instead of having it default to the highest. Thank you! :)
