Title: Plopping SimGoober grocery stores

Hey folks, hopefully I'm putting this in the right place! I have SimGoober's grocery store pack, which appear to only be growables. Is there a way to be able to plop them? For some reason, I have a couple of his grocery stores show up in my Landmarks menu as ploppables, but not all of them. Any insight would be appreciated - thanks a bunch!
