Does anyone know where I might be able to download this file? It is a dependency in both the Meadowshire terrain mod and the Painted Desert Tree Controller. The Meadowshire download site on the LEX lists it but does not provide a link, while the link from the Painted Desert download site on the LEX is broken (page not found). I am using the Painted Desert Tree Controller and getting brown boxes where my cacti should be going. And yes, I have double checked all my other dependencies to make sure they are in my Plugins folder (they are) AND I have checked Diggis's lists and links of dependencies, but cannot find this missing dat file anywhere.
Any help finding this file would be appreciated!

last known address was : http://www.simtropolis.com/modding/index.cfm?p=details&id=383 (http://www.simtropolis.com/modding/index.cfm?p=details&id=383)
But with the new site simtropolis, I do not know where to find
Here is the updated link for JohnB's Desert Flora Mod (http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/4344-desert-flora-mod/).
Orange_o_, your link goes to the current default ST home page, which is (for now, anyway) the forums. Still, thank you for trying, I appreciate it!
ScottFTL, while your link works and takes me to the file's description on the STEX, the link to the download itself appears to be broken. I have flagged the problem for the STEX folks, but everyone at ST seems to have thier hands pretty full these days getting the new site up and running at full speed. Thank you so very much for the link you provided, I'll check back on the STEX and hopefully the file will be available again soon.
In the meantime, if anyone has a copy of this file in thier plugins folder, would you consider sending me a copy? I have a new desert region I'd like to start playing on but need the cactus file before I can install flora.

Lora, I just went to the STEX and downloaded the file from Scott's link. It looks as though they have fixed the problem.
Thanx Barby, just downloaded the file, now hopefully my brown boxes will go away!
Thanks to all for your help/support, really appreciate it.

Yeah, the STEX still seems to be coming and going - although it's getting more stable with each passing day. I'm glad you were finally able to grab the file!
