Hello;
I have three cities connected, $C, $R and $I, $R being in the middle. The cities are devoted solely to one type of development. The main type of transportation is subway and there is no congestion whatsoever.
The problem is that in my industrial city the commute time shows 0,6 but in the residential city it fluctuates between 120-40. What might be the reason behind this? This is driving me crazy, I hope someone can help. I have also moved in a "MySim" to one of the buildings and he complains about the system even though there is no congestion neither in the stations nor the lines.
By the way, this doesn't seem to be a problem of eternal commuters, as I don't have a "loop", but I might be mistaken.
