OK before i ask you my real question i need to show you a pic how do you this and then ill show you my real question
Well first you need to get an account with an image hosting website, I suggest photobucket. Then you upload a picture to it. When you hover over the picture(on photobucket) at the very bottom it will say something like an IMG code. Click this code to copy it and paste it into your forum post.

If you mean props then it looks like you are missing a lot. I believe that lot is part of the AC Functional Airports pack, and that pack contains a lot of dependencies. You will have to open the dependency list with BSC Cleanitol. It will provide you with direct links to the missing files. Download these files and it should work.
BTW it is the IMG code you need.
well i have the ac prop packs 1-8 so where can i find the ninth

Better answer
The lots in AC Functional Airports need many dependencies, and you you can check for them by hand... or you can have the program called BSC Cleanitol (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=97) check for you. Cleanitol will not install dependency files -- but it will search your plugins and provide a URL for the missing ones.
The lot in the above photo is a prefab terminal from one of the earliest airport packs, RH Airport Pack 1.3 by Joerg (2004). Joerg built these terminals with only the Lot Editor, re-using buildings that shipped with the game. This is why the LE updates are crucial to seeing those buildings. Now that RH Airport Pack is part of our prefabs package, the buildings-as-props update is a dependency.
