I really don't know where to put this, however, this seemed the closest to fit the bill.
[Backstory]
I haven't played SC4 in about 2-3 years now, and got the game on a whim when it was on sale at Steam for $5 (the sale's ended).

Now, out of excitement, I grabbed as many mods/plug-ins as I could. After installing them all, the game crashed. I'm using the process of elimination to find the culprit, however, I can't do this all night (for obvious reasons).
I got a screenshot of what has been working so far, and what I still need to go through.

NOTE: I apologize if there's a size limit, please do forgive my ignorance and tell me what to do.
Would somebody be willing to look through and tell me which plug-in/mod it is?
Also, I'm using the NAM Radical Automata 24h with the ultra capacity transit networks. I, also, added the SAM and the single railway (I don't know where that one went, TBH).
Legoman786, welcome aboard. Good to see you here. Get SC4 Startup Manager ( http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/21376-sc4-startup-manager/ ) and start up without any plugins loaded. Then just start adding each one at at a time. With SUM it will be pretty easy. I posted some recommendations up on the OCN thread. Check them out.
It could be your operating system. Do you have a 64-bit computer?
Simcity 4 is not fully compatible with operating systems higher as winXP. I'm using windows 7 and I had the same problem &mmm
You can solve this problem:
- If you have a computer running windows XP try to install and play the game on this computer.
- Otherwise you can use a virtual computer :). (This solved my problem)

I've played SC4 with both Vista and W7 on their respective x64 options. So, no, I do not think it's my OS.
It's running just fine with the plug-ins I have in there right now. Continuing my rule of elimination process.
