So In my downtown areas I mostly use one way roads. I was wondering is it possible to have to have GLR in one way roads or maybe even 5-OWR or 4-MAVE?

I was thinking something along the lines of this: A 4 lane one way road with a single set of tracks. In Downtown Denver. (Best city ever and my favorite ;D)

It's physically possible, but there are no efforts underway to do so, and I wouldn't anticipate seeing something like this for quite some time.
