Is there a tutorial for transit-enabling lots? ()what()
I want to pedestrian-enable the Sinburg Plaza Set so that it can be used for accessing pedmall tiles with the same texture. $%#Ninj2

You can use the SC4 Tool by Simrollie and Andreas. (The download link is at the bottom of the page) Learning curve is fairly short.

I have about half of them done, though I have not playtested any yet. These are going to be very helpful when combined with matching pedmall tiles.
