Title: functional City Hall with conditions

Hello everybody,
If you don't know it I made a town hall, I tried and I succeed in putting it in game as town hall, but it is ploppable from the beginning of party and ploppable several times.  :( I found how to add conditions, but my city hall is always locked  :-[
I don't want to replace the Maxis city hall, just add this with functional conditions to unlock this.

The best way is to look at other similar rewards and try to understand how the conditions on the lua file works. Have a look at my Rural Mayor's House lua file, it's very simple with 2 or 3 conditions. You can find it on the LEX.

Thank for your help, but it's difficult for me to understand the software (especially some properties...). I know how to lock with conditions but What is the conditions property, to know how to unlock in the game?  &ops

Hi supremec,

I do not have the complete answer to your question, but maybe you can use my information to proceed.
If you want to make a lot that replaces the Maxis City Hall and has exactly the same conditons and other values, then the following tutorial is for you. I found out yesterday night and wrote it just ten minutes ago. Here it is. (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=13471.0)

It is quite simple actually. But that is easy to say after a problem is solved.  :D

Maybe you just need to edit some of the values in the building exemplar in order to get what you want?
On the other hand: why should a city have two city halls? I'd say: replace the Maxis thing with your superior model!  :thumbsup:

Thank you for this tutorial  :thumbsup: I haven't read yet, but I think it will help me for an other city hall  ;D

Yes, I understand what you want, but it is preferable to have choice between maxis city hall or other (members) city hall  ;)
I think your tutorial will help Alex_bervoets, because I think he make a splendid city hall too  ;)
