FlexRail curves have been requested a fair bit, and while technically possible, there can be a lot of work involved in "flexing" things, so I don't anticipate anything like that happening soon.

but may someone can ask the author to use it in the NAMchange textures to right hand driving and european....

It's not that simple. That BriPizza item is a TE Lot, not an actual network piece. Apples and oranges in terms of implementation and how things are put together, and it wouldn't expedite the flexing process.
