Pegprod recently(ish) released an agriculture mod called SPAM with both new growable farms as well as changed demand structures. I'm not entirely sure I fully understand the terminology, so I may be misunderstanding what's going on, but I assume that means that CAM cannot work with SPAM? It wasn't on the inCAMpatible mods list, so I thought I'd check. If there is no conflict, then I'll get right on to the 3 centuries (apparently) it takes to install CAM lots and their various dependencies, but if there is, I definitely need to think for a while as I like SPAM over the BSC farm mods (no offense intended, just personal preference).
Thanks.
EDIT: I've since realized there is still a longer conversation of this in another thread, but that thread deals mostly with the two completely opposite (and one might even say, conflicting) goals the two mods have, but not whether they will work in tandem. As in, will SPAM cause some basic technical break down in CAM (though the implication of the other thread is that no, it will not), or will it merely unbalance it due to the crazy way in changes I-R demand?

I'll reply to that by quoting myself... :)

Since SPAM changes the same Industrial Resource developer exemplar as CAM does, you cannot use them both at the same time.
Effectively, SPAM would disable stage 6 and 7 CAM farms. I'll add a detailed report about SPAM up in the opening post later on. ;)
On the other hand, SPAM lots should grow in CAM as well, since CAM already enables all growth stages that SPAM is adding... :)
In other words, you cannot use them in tandem, the one loaded after would replace the former...
Unfortunately I haven't posted that detailed report yet... need to find some time for that after summer vacations... :)
