Title: Replacing base texture

Hi guys!

I making base texture replacement mod. First look working good, but later observed,that overlay texture sometimes disappear.

What is the problem?

You want to make a base texture, right?  Since your textures have an alpha channel, they are overlays.  Multiple overlays can be glitchy, so I would say that is your issue.  You would want to remove the alpha in a photo program, or re-import but with no alpha.  I prefer Null's Patch Png to FSH (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2255).

The main thing is that if when you open the file in reader and click on the texture, you see the phrase "color only", rather than "alpha blended".

As far as I can tell, the alpha is the only difference between a base and an overlay texture.
