Title: Help with missing Plugins
Post by: spartanB292 on May 24, 2007, 05:13:44 PM
Hi all, me here.

so i've just dl'd the last stuff of the day, and unpacked it and whatnot, and I figured i'd try out those datpacker and cleanitol thingys, and they seem to work great, tho the cleanitol seems to be stuck on german, and the datpacker leaves the main folders with the original dats in the plugins folder after it's done packing, so i had to go through all the folders get rid of all the dats and whatnot, and i seem to have inadvertently deleted a few plugins as i did this.

fortunately, the datpacker or cleanitol, i'm not sure which, were nice enough to tell me, when i open up sc4 and load a city and see almost nothing but blank lots or big ol' boxes, tells me that i'm missing some plugins, and what they are.

here's my problem.
all it gives me for the names of the plugins are a bunch of numbers, with which i have no idea what to do with. fortunately for me, i've managed to stumble upon a really great sc4 fansite, called simcitydevotion, with a great collection of very knowlegable (did i spell that right?) peeps.

so here's the numbers

803133828
1346115670
and
1343992902

and, if it helps, whats missing

the buildings from these lots
SG brownstones
SG public pools
SG police HQ
DEDWD Factory units
GC Noxious nylon
the woods from SFBT Seasonal woods
and also the water from SG's canals

Thanks for listening, hope i didn't give too much data there. i'll post this at simpeg too, just to speed up the process of problem solving

The SFBT (Random) Seasonal Wood lots don't have any buildings, but it seems that you're missing Cycledogg's tree props. Please have a look at the readme file what downloads are needed for those. I can't speak for non-SFBT downloads, but most of them should include a comprehensive readme file as well.
