Can someone give me the real link to the "Columbus terrain mod" (bu Cycledogg/jeronij) on SC4D or simtro ? (The one we can add snow on mountains)

I had a tough time finding this too (in fact, in was found for me). SimCity Kurier (http://kurier.simcityplaza.de/details.php?file=165). The actual file download is a blue-typed link at the bottom of the description.
It's also on the LEX DVD.
I've been curious as to where this was too. :)
