Title: How to rotate a complete lot?

Hi,
I found that, other than Army Base, there are other Maxis lots that seems to be wrongly oriented.
For example, the Toxic Waste Dump seems to have gate on right side and not on the road side (the side with the arrow when placing). The same for the zoo.

Is there a simple way to rotate it without having to move/rotate every single props?

I don't know if this lot (http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/3680-army-base/) has been rotate "in a single step" or every prop has been rotated one by one.

As far as I know that is not possible. The lot you refer to is probably edited by someone with a very precise way of working.
But if it is possible I surely like to know about it.
