I have LRMv3.0 with all of it's dependencies: http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/24515-light-replacement-mod-v3-0/ (http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/24515-light-replacement-mod-v3-0/)
but it still not working for me, does anyone know why this happened?
oh also if you have the support thread of LRM please give me the link.
Have you checked if you go LRM_Lightcones.dat (or something similar installed. This might cause the problem.
Does this "problem" also occur on other zoom levels? A closer pic would be fine.
Also try running the game in hardware mode if you aren't already.

For somehow my game always use software mode so I can't using hardware mode. maybe this cause it.
Try downloading the USL. You will lose the custom lightposts, but it works with a simmilar technology as the LRM v3.0 (but with bigger light cones for a more evenlight distribution). The LRM v4.0 will use the USL-lightcones. Check if that works (I'm sure it works OK at other people), otherwise it is a problem with your PC.
I've try it and it still not working. maybe that because my computer only let me play the game in software mode.
Thanks for the help after all...
