I recnetly purged some of my plugins and when I played the game, the following buildings were Boxes.

Otto Wagner Strasses
Kleines Tachwenkhaus
Sweet Home
Rudesheimer Strasse

I think they are in the same pack so it shouldn't be to hard.

I have Otto Wagner Strasse and Rudesheimer Strasse, but I don't have IJL Exporters EB and a lot of pubs, small shops etc.

I think you are missing BSC MEGA Props JENX Vol02 (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=629).
