Today, we will teach you how to build underwater tunnels in the game!

You will need:
Base game

Step 1:
Add your road network.
Step 2:
Hit CTRL - ALT - SHIFT (no hyphens -) to go back to God Mode, and make a mesa.
Step 3:
Go back into Mayor Mode, and then go into the Terrain, Signs, and Labels menu (the top one),
and go to Terrain Tools, and level the terrain to the other side of your water body.
Step 4:
Drag your road network across the mesa, and then make a river, and then lower the mountain by holding CTRL - ALT - SHIFT again.
Step 5:
Now get creative with the look of the underwater tunnel!
