Title: Help with add ons

I downloaded and installed some add ons. When I try to use them ie...single rail add on, the arrow is red and closes the game out! can any one tell me what I did wrong...all the add on's are the same way...

Hi texasfire-

First off, welcome to SC4D!

Just out of curiosity, what version of SimCity 4 are you running?  Original SimCity 4, SimCity 4 Deluxe, or SimCity 4 with the Rush Hour Expansion Pack?

Virtually of all the custom content available for SC4 (including pretty much every file on the exchange here) will only work with SimCity 4 Deluxe or the Rush Hour Expansion Pack.  Attempting to use it with the original SimCity 4 will, in almost every case, cause the game to crash.

If you are using SC4 Deluxe or the Rush Hour Expansion, check the file description for dependencies.  The Single-Track Rail is a product of the NAM Team, which produces the Network Addon Mod (NAM).  You'll need the latest Network Addon Mod (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=851) release in order to run it.
