I clean my plugins folder because my simcity was not working. But now i cant find a mod I had.
The mod was simple. When a building was abandoned it starts to get dirty. This mod increased the time for 50 years so you could have the building abandoned but it would look normal.
??? I did a Google search for 'simcity anti delapidation mod' and I got a link to here ... maybe this is what you are looking for
