I am so loosing what little mind I have left. running the game for a month or so, then all of a sudden this pops up at the beginning of the game (in city) ""plugin pack 1348562633"" what does those numbers mean? how can i find out what pack is missing? also, why does everyone pack files into new files, making finding those files to make things work, harder than finding a needle in a haystack?? sort of reminds me of the Old RCT stuff, they would make a object, then revise it, so instead of replacing it with the same name file, they make a new one, then update it again, and rename it again so there is 1 object with several names. oh also. why does everyone pack them in exe files, that open your browser, especially when you are offline, and dont want your browser opened, or a pdf file for that matter?
I know I ask a lot of questions, but this confuses me at times. (old age i guess) :) but the plugin pack is got me bonkers... thanks in advance
This error message means that you are missing a model file for a custom lot that you have downloaded. (The plug-in pack ID is not searchable).
In order to locate the missing item, you will need to do a visual check of the lots in your city: you will be looking for something that appears to be a giant brown box. Query this lot to find out the name.
If you are aware of what the lot is, then revisit the 'read-me' file that came with the lot (assuming you have downloaded the file from here/Simtropolis/Simpeg) and download any required dependencies for that lot. If however, you downloaded the file from another site, it likely did not have a 'read-me': you can post a picture and someone may be able to advise which dependency to look for.

1348562633 is a decimal number. Convert it to hex and you get 0x50616EC9. This is the IID number of the missing plugin. And you have the patience of Job if you find the file that used to be in your plugin but is now not using an IID number search.
But you can narrow it down. Missing textures will show up as weird looking graphic glitches and do not result in startup error messages. So it's not a missing texture pack. Missing props are simply not there. Missing grow-ables result in brown boxes. But missing plop-able stuff such as civic buildings (like schools, police, medical clinics etc) will result in error message. That is where I'd start looking. I have a test region where I was working on some ploppable ships. I now get error message because the plop lot is no longer in my plugin. Missing rewards can cause this too. I had that sort of message once when I didn't load the SFBT maxis church replacement (reward) lots once.
Hope this helps.
