ah, Gizmo's site can be found here. You'll have to register and then check your email for an activation link. Takes about two minutes.
This prop pack has apparently been replaced by Vehicle Props V4 ... Good Luck

I'm not sure why this is, but you cannot use V4 for a lot that requires V3. Gizmo must have changed something when he updated the prop pack. However, V3 is available using the link Simcitler provided.

V3 and V4 contain the very same props. The only difference is that the props in V4 use a different IID than V3. I guess that there are/have been IID conflicts!
