I placed the neighborhood connection piece - which orientated itself over the 6C network.

I've also seen overlays in this forum that have arrows over representing routes - is there a shortcut within the program for that feature?

If you see commute arrows tunneling down like that at the edge, that's an indication that your RHW neighbor connection is indeed working.

The cheat you are referring to is "DrawPaths" from the SC4ExtraCheats.dll file released by Buggi.
