Post by: HabLeUrG on May 30, 2007, 08:47:43 PM
I have another request as usual  ;D if could be possible to do pieces that change the water texture or the composition of the model? thats for make them to fit with different canals styles and have some more good variations...

BSC Canals:

Oppies Canals

I completly agree. However, the question that begs and answer, is.. What water texture to use?

about the texture could be a smudge tool effect in phothop with the different textures.

Another idea is by using canal locks like this:
(https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fstex.simtropolis.com%2Flots%2Fsimgoober%2Fsimgoober_bsc%2520brick%2520canals%2520%2520locks%2FSG%255FCanalLock01%252Ejpg&hash=0164cddf63590ac64cd7e8fdfb25820f44dc4d6b)

but changing the water texture and model design to adapt it with every canal style
what u think?

Great list, but should that not be SG Canal, instead of BSC Canal ?

I completely agree - compatible canal pieces would be fantastic.  PEG also has canals (link (http://simpeg.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item132)) and they also have a different water texture (I think!).
