Title: ctd shortly after i save new city

Ive been having problems for the last few days. It seems to crash to desktop after i save a city. Once i reload the city, it crashes minutes into plopping or building roads. I only now use the NAM, SAM , NWM with no texture packs. Please help

Do you zoom out after plopping or building roads? One of my cities, my only one with the T-RAM and the CAN-AM, always crashes if I zoom out about 3 steps.
