I don't konw if I'm posting at the right place, so pardon me if I'm doing so.
I was looking for a Mod that increases the altitude limit, cause I want to make some vety kigh mountains at my city.
Does anyone know where I can find it??

There is indeed: Ennedi's High Altitude Patch (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1807). This will raise the height to 5000m, which is about as high as SC4 can display terrain.
