Hi all. Was wondering if someone knew where to find the underbridge footings found in this tutorial here (http://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/_/simcity-4/tutorials/overpasses-with-rail-lines-r117). Looked all over but can't seem to find them anywhere. Are they part of a larger pack of items?
