Hey, godjcjk12! There are a few maps of Los Angeles (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?p=results) currently available on the STEX. You're probably aware of it already, and I can't really attest to their quality or if they're suitable for what you're doing, but I thought I'd post anyway, just in case you weren't.
