There is an attachment at the bottom of the linked post called horses_MMP_v100.dat.

Yep, but the link goes to mmp horses BUT not with cowboys.

Considering that the picture you found the horses with Cowboys is done by Paeng, (and I'm at the end of my knowledge for this), maybe a post over at SimPeg4, might bring a quicker/correct response. :thumbsup:
@kiwram, I believe there was a MMP from FANTA999 (or something) over at ST which contained those. However after the not-so-recent refurbising it got lost and was not reuploaded. Next best thing would be to make a 1x1 lot with a cowboy and plop other horses around it.
