Yeah, exactly, no nightlights.
BUT only on CAM buildings, all maxis content works fine.

Seems like your missing the BAT nightlight patch. You first need to download the SC4 Patch, pending on game version, and the the BAT nightlighting patch (note: that's not the same as the patch). They can be found at the EA site, but also here on SC4D. Just click on the button labelled EA support in the bar on the left of your screen.
